Anker Technology Ltd. faces a million-dollar lawsuit from PRIMONO undertaking group, claiming compensation following the termination of their premium partnership.

Berlin-based photovoltaic systems provider PRIMONO TEC GmbH has announced its intention to file a million-dollar lawsuit against Anker Technology Ltd., the European subsidiary of the Chinese electronics manufacturer. The lawsuit, due to be filed with the competent regional court in the coming week, is a result of Anker's failure to fulfill the terms of a framework agreement signed in December 2024.

The strategic partnership, which was in the ramp-up phase before its termination, aimed at sales, installation, and assembly for a minimum of two years. PRIMONO TEC had contractually bound subcontractors and concluded bank-financed operating means contracts, making significant investments, including staff expansions, IT investments, training, inventory, and marketing.

The framework agreement included key business terms such as exclusive lead provision, target quantities, and joint appearance in the German market. PRIMONO TEC had been the exclusive premium partner for Anker's new home storage system "Solix X1" in Germany. However, by July 2025, PRIMONO TEC had only received 20% of the 5,000 qualified contacts promised for 2025.

Despite multiple internal warnings and reminders from PRIMONO TEC, Anker Technology had delivered fewer than 1,000 of the contractually guaranteed 5,000 qualified sales leads for the year. This breach caused significant business risks and investments for PRIMONO TEC, which acted in full confidence of Anker's commitments and served as the exclusive premium partner for launching Anker's new photovoltaic home storage system "Solix X1" in Germany.

PRIMONO TEC had been involved in product training, public events, and partner meetings for the "Solix X1" system. The press contact for PRIMONO TEC can be reached at Tauentzienstrasse 17, 10789 Berlin, Tel: +49(0)3023635000, and email [email protected].

As of the current date, an out-of-court settlement has not been reached between PRIMONO TEC and Anker Technology. The economic damage from the terminated partnership could amount to several million euros. The lawsuit is initiated by PRIMONO TEC GmbH against Anker Technology Ltd. and is due to the termination of the strategic partnership.

The business effects of Anker Technology's failure to deliver the contractually guaranteed sales leads have led PRIMONO TEC, an entrepreneur in finance and photovoltaic systems, to file a lawsuit against Anker Technology, seeking millions in damages. This legal action, initiated under the terms of a breached framework agreement in the field of business, aims to recover losses caused by Anker's neglect of their commitments in the strategic partnership.
