Andreas Struck Takes Full Control of Business Punk
Business Punk is set for significant changes. As early as spring, Christiane Goetz-Weimer decided to bring Andreas Struck on board, involving him in all business areas of Business Punk within the newly founded Business Punk GmbH. Struck will further strengthen his position by exercising his purchase option and taking over the remaining shares from Weimer Media Group starting October 1st.
Struck's journey with Business Punk is not new. Before this recent development, he was the Managing Director under the Weimer Media Group and already held a majority stake in the company. The specifics of his relationship with the Weimer Media Group and Business Punk prior to his increased involvement are unclear.
Despite the changes, Business Punk will maintain its ties with the Weimer Media Group. It will serve as an important partner at upcoming events like the Frankfurt Finance and Future Summit and the Ludwig Erhard Summit. The company will also continue to be part of the Weimer Media Group's media network, with planned content and marketing cooperations in both digital and print formats.
With Andreas Struck taking over full control of Business Punk, the company aims to evolve into a stronger platform. Struck's vision is to deliver more ideas, inspiration, and fresh perspectives on topics driving the time.
