So, if we want to see new innovations and flourishing companies, we should be focusing on bureaucracy reduction, deregulation, tax relief, stable social security systems, and an economic policy oriented towards growth [2].
And when we say reduction, we mean really cutting back. Nearly half of the companies named long-term affordable energy prices and investment- and innovation-based tax policies as factors influencing their confidence [1]. Nearly one-fifth even see a strong positive effect from improved export prospects to Asia and the USA [1].
