Aluprof Secures Custom-Built Facility in Poland, Boosting Operational Efficiency
Accolade and Conseq, a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, have expanded their portfolio with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art warehouse and manufacturing facility in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The facility, known as the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I, was developed specifically for Aluprof, a leading European manufacturer of aluminium systems.
The 20,000 sqm facility, fully leased to Aluprof, offers over 20,000 sqm of production and office space, tailored to meet Aluprof's operational needs for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. The building was customized to Aluprof’s functional and technological requirements, ensuring efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment.
Aluprof, part of Grupa Kęty S.A., serves over 50 markets worldwide and is one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, roller shutters, and sunshades. The acquisition enables Aluprof to operate in a facility that optimally supports its production and logistical processes, likely enhancing its operational capacity and efficiency in Poland.
