In a significant move, European industrial real estate investor Accolade, in partnership with Conseq, has acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility from real estate developer 7R. The facility, fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminum systems in Poland, spans over 20,000 square meters and is certified BREEAM Very Good.
The acquisition was advised by the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, which represented Accolade and Conseq in the deal. The Warsaw-based team was led by Partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz, with several associates assisting on the transaction, including clearance aspects.
