Additional parking spots to become available in Vladivostok
In the Russian coastal city of Vladivostok, new paid parking zones are set to be instituted along Ocean Avenue and Tolstoy Street. The initiation of these zones is slated for June this year.
Specifically, on Ocean Avenue, paid parking will commence at the intersection of the First Creek and extend towards the "Nekrasovskaya" bus stop on the same side, as well as on the opposite side in the same direction. A total of 61 parking spots will be allocated, of which six will be reserved for individuals with disabilities.
Similarly, on Tolstoy Street, parking spaces will be available along building No. 41, amounting to a total of 22 spots, three of which will be designated for people with disabilities.
Drivers with a "B" category license in Vladivostok should be aware that failure to pay for parking will incur an administrative fine ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 rubles. Legal entities will face fines ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles for similar transgressions. Specific details regarding the start time and hourly costs for "B" category license holders have not been publicly disclosed as of now.
